Q. Do my children have to be Crealy members?
A. No, the Crealy Holiday Club is open to both members and non-members

Q. Do I have to pre-book?
A. Pre-booking is essential, please call 01395 233200 or email fun@crealy.co.uk

Q. Does the club run every school holiday?
A. No, we will not be operating the Holiday Club during the half terms, but it will run during all other school holidays.

Q. What time does the club start and finish?
A. The club runs from 8am until 6pm, (5pm in winter) but you may drop your child off anytime until 9am if this is more convenient.

Q. Where is the holiday club based?
A. The Crealy Holiday Club is based at Devon’s Crealy Adventure Park, Sidmouth Road, Exeter, Devon. EX5 1DR

Q. At what age can children attend?
A. Children aged 6+ can attend.

Q. What should children bring with them?
A. All activity equipment and food is provided so parents only need to ensure that children come with suitable clothing. Most activities are outdoors and will run except in very bad weather, when “rainy day activities” will run in our large indoor areas. It is therefore essential that each child bring a hold all containing waterproofs, a complete change of clothes, wellington boots and trainers. Children should also bring a warm hat in the winter months and a sun hat and sunscreen April-October. Crealy Holiday Club clothing can be purchased, including baseball caps, t-shirts, hoodies and waterproofs.

What should children NOT bring with them?
Children should not bring any toys or anything of sentimental value. Mobile phones must be switched off and only accessed at lunch and the end of the day. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings and recommend that all items are clearly labelled.
